Salmon Bibimbap 비빔밥

The best part about bibimbap 비빔밥 (Korean mixed rice bowl) is that you don't have to follow an exact recipe. As long as you make sure there's rice, veggies, and your choice of protein you're good to go. A perfect dish to use up all the veggies you have in the fridge. Luckily, I was able to make my bowl with lovely produce that the folks from MilkRun gifted me.

Season all sautéd items with salt and let the gochujang and sesame oil sauce do the work to bring out the flavor in the whole dish. Proportions are up to you. Top with a sunny-side-up egg for the iconic bibimbap look, and for the runny yolk!
